Cancellation Policy

Please review this cancellation/rescheduling policy before booking your appointment with us: A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice may be charged $75 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling the clinic. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. 

 

Sick Policy: If you are feeling sick prior to your appointment or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please reschedule.

*These policies are enforced to cover the loss of earnings from your failed appointment that can't be filled on short notice.
